Shooting Policy

お互いに気持ちよく、楽しい撮影にするための大切なお願いです。
撮影をご依頼いただく前に、必ずご一読をお願いいたします。 These guidelines are here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable photoshoot for both of us.
Please be sure to read them before requesting a shoot.

1 写真のレタッチ（補正・加工）について Photo Retouching and Editing

お渡しする写真は、私の方で全体の色調補正および肌の質感調整（美肌補正）を施しております。 All delivered photos will be color-graded and skin-retouched by me.

被写体様ご自身による追加のレタッチや加工についても制限はございません。ご自身のイメージに合わせて、自由にご活用ください。 There are no restrictions on additional retouching or editing by the subject. Please feel free to use and edit them to match your vision.

また、Photoshop等を使用した特別な加工も承ります。お気軽に相談ください。 I also accept requests for special editing using Photoshop or other tools. Please feel free to consult with me!

2 SNS等への掲載・クレジット表記について Posting on Social Media and Credits

撮影したお写真をSNSやWebサイト等へ掲載される際は、私のSNS ID（アカウント名など）の併記をお願いしております。 When posting the taken photos on social media or websites, I kindly ask that you include my SNS ID or account name.

素敵なお写真とともに、私の名前も一緒にご紹介いただけますと、今後の活動の大きな励みになります。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。 Introducing my name alongside your wonderful photos greatly encourages my future activities. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

3 データのファイル形式と受け渡し方法 File Formats and Delivery Methods

データは以下の形式および方法でお送りいたします。 Data will be delivered in the following formats and methods:

ファイル形式：写真は PNG形式、動画は mp4形式を基本とします。 File Formats: PNG for photos and mp4 for videos as a standard.
受け渡し方法： X（旧Twitter）のDM、InstagramのDM、またはギガファイル便。 Delivery Methods: X (Twitter) DM, Instagram DM, or GigaFile (file transfer service).

※特別なファイル形式や受け渡し方法にご希望がある場合は、可能な限り柔軟に対応いたしますので、事前にお申し付けください。 * If you have specific preferences for file formats or delivery methods, I will try my best to be flexible, so please let me know in advance.

4 納期と保存期間について Delivery Time and Data Retention Period

納期：通常、撮影日から1週間以内を目安にお送りいたします。
（動画撮影や枚数が多い場合は、1週間以上お時間をいただくことがございます。その際は別途ご連絡いたします） Delivery Time: Generally, I aim to deliver the files within a week after the shoot.
(If there are video shoots or a large number of photos, it may take more than a week. I will notify you separately in such cases.)
保存期間：データの保存期間はお渡しから1ヶ月間とさせていただきます。期間を過ぎた後の再送依頼には、ストレージ管理の都合上お応えできかねますので、受け取り後は速やかにご自身でのバックアップをお願いいたします。 Data Retention: The data retention period is 1 month after delivery. Due to storage management, I cannot respond to resend requests after this period, so please back up the files promptly upon receipt.

5 依頼後のキャンセルについて Cancellation Policy

撮影依頼確定後のキャンセルや予定変更については、判明した時点でお早めにご連絡をお願いいたします。 If you need to cancel or change the schedule after the shoot request is confirmed, please contact me as soon as you know.

無断キャンセルや、悪質な直前キャンセルが続く場合は、以降の撮影依頼をお断りさせていただくことがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 Please note that in cases of no-shows or repeated malicious last-minute cancellations, I may have to decline future shoot requests.
